Rody Kenny Courtice (1891-1973)

Rody Kenny Courtice studied in Toronto and Chicago before becoming a teaching assistant to Arthur Lismer. She was influenced by the Group of Seven but later painted still lifes, abstract works and farm scenes as well as landscapes. Her work is lively and sometimes humorous.1
